Chirp Cards is made by Prosper Donkey. By making an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. They’re short and in plain English on purpose.
Chirp Cards is new and still changing. Features may change, and we may add paid plans later. If we do, we’ll tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
What you make is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it back to you, and to the people you share a deck with, so the app can work. Only add pictures and recordings you have the right to use.
Don’t put students’ full names, faces or other personal details into decks. Use initials or nicknames when you play. Chirp Cards is built so it never needs to know who a student is.
Don’t use Chirp Cards to share anything harmful or illegal, or try to break or overload it. We may remove content or close accounts that do.
We work hard to keep Chirp Cards running and your work safe, but it’s provided as is. Keep a backup of anything you can’t lose (the Back up button makes one). Chirp Cards is a tool for therapy, not a replacement for your professional judgment.
You can stop using Chirp Cards any time. Email hello@chirpcards.com and we’ll delete your account and everything in it.
